Dr. Kobel completed his first Masters of Education at the University Of Missouri – Columbia in 1980. He continued his education to complete a second Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in clinical Psychology from the California Graduate Institute – Los Angeles, CA.
