Anxiety comes with many physical and internal symptoms ranging from headaches, nausea and sleeping problems to inability to communicate and loneliness. The apprehension accompanied with anxiety can be so debilitating that it causes one to miss out on integral life moments. The fear of making decisions and the future can begin to eat away at your being and leave you as a mere shell of your former self. But life does not have to be this way. So, instead of opting for a quick fix, Neurofeedback can change the way you handle stress forever.
